This is a photograph of the water tower which used to supply water to 'Colney Hatch Lunatic Asylum'. The water tower is no longer in operation and the old asylum has been converted into flats.

The Pied Piper is a rat catcher, hired by the town to draw the rats away with his magic pipe. But when the people do not pay for his service, he retaliates by turning his magic on their children, leading them away as he has the rats.
